Career Transition Programs
- In-house programs -
Individualized programs are offered and include private, one-on-one counseling from a qualified career coach, office space in CMI's Career Transition Facility, and complete administrative support and office amenities including personal computer with internet and e-mail, faxing, postage, 24-hour voice mail, and secretarial support for a specified period of time. Programs range in duration from 30 days to 6 months.
- Workshops / Seminars -
Career Transition workshops are offered to accommodate groups of employees. The workshops are typically conducted over a period of 3-days and are followed-up with a month of in-house support. This is a cost-effective method for companies experiencing a large-scale downsizing or reduction-in-force and a very valuable service to provide to all levels of employees.
- Career Centers -
CMI is able to set-up, staff, and coordinate Career Centers for companies who may be facing a location closing or massive lay-off affecting more than 100 employees. At this level, it is sometimes more cost-efficient for the company to establish a Career Center on-site to provide services to employees as they are affected. We can assist you in determining if this is an economically feasible solution for your company.
